Three lifts will be tested during the competition: Squat, Press, and Deadlift. The sum of the heaviest lifts of the three shall constitute the Total. Your total will be scored locally and ranked against lifters from locations around the nation. This meet location at Iron Legacy Fitness in Puyallup, WA, will compete on Saturday, March 21rst.
The ILF Challenge is a sanctioned US Strengthlifting Federation (USSF) meet; results will serve as qualifying totals for the 2020 USSF Nationals. Lifters must be USSF members – register here.

FAQs
Is a singlet required?
Yes. Please carefully read the costume section of the rules (linked above).
Do I have to high bar squat?
No. The only requirement for the bar position is that it can’t be too low (see rules for details).
Can I sumo deadlift?
No.
Can I change my openers?
Yes. The openers collected during registration are used for organizing the session. You may choose a different opener on the day of the event and up to two additional times before the first attempt.
What is a weigh out?
To discourage weight cutting and more accurately record the lifter’s weight at the time of the lift, bodyweight will be recorded after completion of the final deadlift.
Do spectators have to pay an entrance fee?
No. Spectators are welcomed and encouraged! Come one, come all. Audience members make the event a better experience for everyone. Iron Legacy has a playroom for children, plenty of seating, and space available for large groups to watch.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final; refunds will not be provided.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
Registration should match the name of the participant. Please contact andrew@integralbarbell.com if there are extenuating circumstances that make this impossible.
