2022 USSF Strengthlifting Summer Classic

Competition brings out the best in us and what better way then to compete in Strengthlifting. Whether you are competing from a commercial gym or your tricked out home space, online competitions are convenient and fun! Set new personal bests, share your success with others on our discord channel, and compete for our generous prize packages, digital achievements, and trophies.

From July 11th to July 17th, athletes from around the world will submit their best Press and Conventional Deadlift (Optional Squat). Completing a total in this competition will qualify you for the 2022 USSF Strengthlifting Championship in ST Louis MO.
